ba&sh is a French ready-to-wear brand embodying a modern, free, and effortless femininity. Its visual identity is defined by a refined and natural aesthetic, with a strong emphasis on consistency across all touchpoints, from digital to retail.
As part of the digital team, I contribute to the creation and adaptation of communication assets on an international scale, supporting collection launches and key commercial moments.

Key Responsibilities:
adaptation of campaign assets (PCMO) for social media and paid media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest…)
creation of CRM emails (commercial, automated, and transactional campaigns)
production of visuals for the e-commerce website (landing pages, banners, product pages)
creation of social media content
design of assets for e-commerce partners (Boozt, Breuninger, Globus…)
creation of print and event materials (invitations, press releases…)
monitoring and reporting on asset performance across markets and personas

This experience has allowed me to develop both a creative and detail-oriented approach to design, learning how to translate a creative direction across multiple formats while maintaining strong visual consistency in a fast-paced environment.
It also gave me the opportunity to discover design through the lens of the ready-to-wear industry, which I found particularly inspiring. I truly enjoyed working within a fashion-driven environment, where attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling play a key role in shaping a brand’s identity.
